If your item arrives damaged (an absolutely rare circumstance), we want to know and to ensure we reach a prompt and helpful solution.
If your item arrives damaged, we will exchange the piece if you do the following:
Provide a photo of the damaged piece beside the packaging and sales receipt.

Is my SESH case dishwasher safe? How do I keep my SESH case and accessories clean?
All SESH stash box accessories are dishwasher safe however we do not
recommend putting the exterior case in the dishwasher or leaving it out in the sun in high temperatures. For best care hand-wash your SESHcase with warm soapy water and leave it to dry. You can also use rubbing alcohol to get harder to get residue.
